From a workshop floor to the world stage

G.P. Roll Makers India started as a small precision machine workshop — taking on routine jobs and building a reputation for getting every detail right, no matter how small the task.

That obsession with quality became our foundation. It carried us into the section mill market, then into TMT rebar and strip rolling mills, and eventually into delivering complete turnkey steel plant solutions across three continents.

Today, GPRM is trusted by steel plants in 12+ countries — not because we grew fast, but because we never compromised on the work culture that got us here.

Having grown up watching GPRM evolve from a small workshop, Jagjeet stepped into the role of Managing Director with a clear mission — take the engineering discipline his father built and add the operational systems needed to scale it.

His focus spans the factory floor and beyond: rigorous quality checkpoints at every manufacturing stage, continuous training for technicians and welders, investment in better tooling, and commissioning teams that don't leave until the mill performs to specification.

Under his leadership, GPRM is strengthening project management processes, expanding its engineering team, and building the infrastructure to deliver rolling mills at capacities never attempted before.

Jasdeep Singh Manku

Jasdeep oversees the complete commercial lifecycle of every GPRM project — from initial discussions and project design through procurement, logistics, delivery, and financial planning. His role ensures every project is structured for success.

On the trade side, he manages vendor relationships, international logistics, and the coordination between design, manufacturing, and installation teams. On the finance side, he drives sustainable revenue growth through new markets across Africa and the Middle East.

His approach to after-sale service as a growth strategy — upgrades, spare parts, ongoing consultation — has turned one-time buyers into long-term partners and opened doors to new projects across multiple continents.
